The planned manager platform will require the source, license or request, approved purpose, jurisdiction, retention date, and responsible reviewer before any import.

Participation history is not ballot choice. KnockList never claims a person’s vote is public and does not generate individualized persuasion.

The Field Companion records assignment-scoped outcomes, notes, opt-outs, synchronization, and access changes. Future manager import and export controls remain outside v1.
